ArdentWood (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website to sell handcrafted wooden products made in Tucson, Arizona. All pieces are produced in small batches using natural materials. Variations in color, grain, and texture are part of the wood’s character and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Orders are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Square, Stripe).
Payment must be completed before production or shipment begins.
Custom work may require confirmation or design approval before processing.

3. Lead Times

In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order or custom pieces generally require 1–2 weeks depending on workload and design.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary during busy periods or material delays.

4. Shipping

Orders ship via standard carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to the address provided at checkout.
ArdentWood is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once items are in transit.
If a package arrives damaged or missing, contact us immediately for assistance with carrier claims.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Stock items: Unused stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.
Custom or engraved pieces: Final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Defects or damage: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for return eligibility.

6. Warranty

We guarantee our craftsmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear (knife marks, scratches, dents, finish wear)

  • Water damage, improper care, or dishwasher use

  • Modifications or refinishing after delivery

Repairs or refinishing may be available for a service fee upon request.

7. Product Care

Wood is a natural material and requires regular maintenance.
Care instructions are provided with each order and available on our website: ardentwood.com/care.
Failure to follow care recommendations may void warranty coverage.

8. Liability

ArdentWood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
All products are sold “as is,” with warranties limited to the scope described above.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including product photos, written text, and branding elements — is the property of ArdentWood and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Design templates and certain visual elements are used under license from Squarespace or their respective owners.
